In 2025, AI isn’t just a tool; it’s become the main course in our digital diet. Everyone’s feeding on it: products, workflows, pitch decks, even job descriptions.

At AI Crafts Denver — co-organized by Bobcats Coding and the AI & Product Colorado community —, we’re unpacking what it really means to design, develop, and manage AI-powered products in a world where artificial intelligence is no longer a standalone feature or future plan. It’s part of the architecture, of your product, your team, your roadmap. Yet the more deeply it integrates, the more questions it raises: about ownership, about value, about how we build and lead.

This event is your chance to explore those questions with peers who are doing the work in design, development, and strategy. Expect insight-packed talks and a candid fireside conversation that reflects on real implementation: not just how AI is reshaping what we build, but how we build it, who we build it with, and what frameworks actually hold up under pressure.

Join us on September 17th during Colorado Startup Week for straight talk and practical, real-life product development solutions. Bring your toughest questions, we've probably seen the challenges you're facing and can share what works based on our experience with clients across different industries.

Space is limited, and based on our previous events, this one will fill up fast. Secure your spot today!

ABOUT THE TALKS

From Code Monkeys to AI-Masters: How GenAI Is Rewriting Software Teams

For years, we’ve heard the same story: if AI changes software development, it will replace junior developers first. But the real disruption runs much deeper. It’s not just about roles—it’s about how we build teams and how we outsource.
The old outsourcing playbook built on cheap labor is quickly becoming obsolete. In its place, a new model is emerging: lean, senior-heavy teams supercharged by generative AI, supported by outsourcing partners who bring automation, not just headcount. This shift is rewriting the economics of software development and forcing companies to rethink how they scale.
In this session, we’ll unpack why mid-level roles are under pressure, how team structures are evolving, and what it takes to work with partners who can deliver value in an AI-driven world. If you want to future-proof your development strategy, this is where the next three years of software delivery will be decided.

AI Projects Under Fire: From the PM's Perspective

Fireside chat led by Stephanie Battista Hubbard

After diving deep into team structures, design philosophies, and economic realities, it's time for the honest conversation. Our fireside chat brings together product people who've navigated the messy reality of AI adoption, from the initial "we need AI in everything" mandate to figuring out what actually adds value for users. They'll reflect on the evening's talks and share the decisions that worked, the ones that didn't, and the unexpected challenges that emerged during their AI implementation journey.
